Common problems
The site says the add-on isn't installed.
Reload the extension at chrome://extensions, then refresh Crammly. If you just installed it while Crammly was already open, the page needs a refresh to notice it.
A chapter shows a padlock.
That chapter's material lives outside Canvas — usually a publisher tool like Pearson or McGraw Hill. Crammly can only read what Canvas itself holds.
My chapter came out empty.
The slides or PDFs are probably scanned images rather than text. There's nothing for Crammly to read in a picture of a page.
My code never arrived.
Check spam first. Codes last 15 minutes, and you can request a new one from the same screen after 30 seconds.
Can Crammly see my grades?
No. It reads course pages, assignments, discussions and files you already have access to. Nothing else.
Deleting your account
Pick “Delete my account” above, or email us from the address on your account. We remove your account, library and history within 30 days.
